This machine is mainly composed of bottle clamping belt, conveyor belt, water vapor cleaning unit, power part, dust cover, etc. It can be combined with single machine such as oven and filling machine to form an automatic production line, and can also be used for bottle washing alone. The glass bottle is sent to the conveyor belt through the bottle clamp belt, which holds the bottle upside down to enter the cleaning system. After pressurized by the sanitary pump, water injection (tap water and purified water) is injected to carry out the washing process. After washing, the bottle is carried by the bottle clamp belt, which holds the bottle upside down to deliver the bottle out. The whole machine structure is 304 stainless steel structure.
